Victron SmartSolar MPPT 250/60-Tr
Code: VICTRON-SRTSOLAR-250-60-TRProduct detailed description
Key Features:
- MPPT: Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking
MPPT technology carefully monitors the output voltage and current of your solar (PV) panels, ensuring that every ounce of available energy is efficiently extracted and stored from your panels. This advantage is especially evident during partly cloudy skies when light intensity is constantly fluctuating.
- Remote monitoring and control
Easily manage and monitor your SmartSolar MPPT charger with built-in Bluetooth by pairing it with your smartphone or device using the VictronConnect app. For internet-connected installations via the GX, access the full potential of your MPPT via the Victron Remote Management Portal (VRM) anytime, anywhere. Both VictronConnect and VRM are free to use. For remote installations without internet access, MPPT monitoring is possible by connecting the GlobalLink 520.
- Load output
The intelligent Load output function protects the battery from damage by preventing it from over-discharging. You can set the voltage at which SmartSolar disconnects the load, thus protecting the batteries from over-discharging. The clever aspect is that SmartSolar tries to charge 100% daily. If it fails to do so, especially during inclement weather, it gradually increases the cut-off voltage each day until it does. This feature, known as BatteryLife, maintains battery health and extends battery life.
- Optional SmartSolar Control Display
With the optional SmartSolar Control Display, you can easily monitor the status of your charger and battery at a glance. Simply connect it to the front of your MPPT charger and access real-time monitoring and adjustment options.
