Shipping and payment

Availability of individual shipping services and delivery times may vary depending on the specific country of delivery. All times quoted are approximate and apply primarily to the territory of the Slovak Republic. Some carriers may not be available in other countries.

Please contact the warehouseman at the number above to arrange an exact pick-up time prior to arrival. Without an announcement, the goods may not be issued to you.

  • Orders must be paid in advance and cannot be paid cash on the spot.
  • Verification of identity (e.g. ID) may be required on collection.
  • If another person is picking up the goods, please make sure they have a power of attorney or order confirmation.

Košice - Delivery
  • For delivery within the city of Košice by our team
  • Arrangements for delivery time can be made by phone or email
  • Usual delivery within 1 - 2 working days from order confirmation

DPD - delivery to the address

DPD Customer Service:

  • Box shipments up to 31.5 kg
  • Shipments are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch, usually within the time window 8:00 - 17:00.
  • You will receive a link to track your shipment online by email after it has been dispatched. DPD will allow you to change the delivery date or address or redirect your parcel to the DPD Pickup network.
  • On the day of delivery, you will be contacted by courier by SMS with the estimated time. If the date does not suit you, you can arrange another time or place of delivery with the courier.
  • If the delivery fails on the first attempt, DPD will make two more attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Delivery usually within 1 - 3 working days of dispatch
  • Online shipment tracking via a link that you will receive by email
  • Ability to customize delivery (change date, address, redirect to drop-off point) upon notification
  • The courier can contact you before delivery to specify the time and place of collection

  • Shipments are sent to the dispatch point of the Parcel Office up to a weight of 10 kg. For shipments destined for the Z-Box, a weight limit of up to 5 kg applies.
  • Your shipment will be stored at the selected dispensing point for 3-5 days, then returned to our warehouse.
  • You will choose the dispensing point when completing your order, where you will also find out the possibility of payment by credit card on the spot.

  • Designed for oversized and very heavy parcels that do not qualify for normal parcel shipping
  • Pallet shipping is not covered by free delivery - the price is determined individually
  • The driver unloads the pallet at the front door or on the access road (without removal or further handling)
  • Telephone call prior to delivery
  • For larger pallets, handling equipment and assistance at the unloading site may be required.
  • Typical delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days, but may vary depending on current conditions

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will display all payment details (account no., variable symbol, QR code) and send them to you by email as well.
  • If you have chosen a shipping that requires a price calculation (e.g. pallet shipping), please wait for the advance invoice from the email.
  • Order processing may take longer until payment arrives.
  • We reserve the goods for 7 working days. If payment is not received within this time, the order will be cancelled.
