UOC

UOC, from "Unloaded Open Circuit Voltage", represents the voltage that is generated by a PV panel when it is not connected to any load or circuit. UOC is measured in units of volts (V) and represents the maximum voltage that the panel can generate under given solar conditions while not connected to any load.

The equivalent term is OCV or Voc (Open Circuit Voltage), which is often confused in the context of PV panels.
