Solar module

A solar module, also known as a photovoltaic panel or solar panel, is the basic building unit used in photovoltaic systems to convert sunlight into electricity.

Solar modules are installed on the roofs of buildings or other suitable locations and are used to generate electricity from solar energy. This electricity can then be used to power homes, industrial equipment or can be sold to the electricity grid, which can lead to energy savings and reduced greenhouse gas emissions.

The term "solar module" is a similar name for a photovoltaic panel or photovoltaic module that is used to harness the sun's energy to produce electricity.
