Copper memory cooling plate for most GPUs 3080, 3080 Ti, 3090 and 3090 Ti (GA102) - this copper plate is designed to replace the classic thermal pads and is mounted using a thermally conductive paste, the paste is applied between the memory and the cooling plate and also between the cooling plate and the card cooler. This board is designed to mount memory on the GPU (front) side of the PCB - 3080, 3080ti, some 3090 revised and 3090 Ti have memory on the front side only. For most 3090 and 3090Ti you also need to buy a board that is designed to mount the memory that is on the back, sold separately. This board does not fit on the memory located on the back side (from the backplate side). 100% Made in Czech Republic

This board is for users who know what they are doing and have experience with card dropping.

Installation Instructions:

Always check the Copper Cooling Plate for damage and flatness before assembly, the plate can easily bend even if dropped on the ground. The plate is pure copper (99.97+%)
It is common that copper can oxidize within a few days, especially if it comes into contact with e.g. greasy hands. Oxidation is not a defect and has no effect on function, it is only a cosmetic issue.

1. Remove the graphics card cooler.
2. Remove the original heat transfer pads for the VRAM.
3. Clean the VRAM and Core of any residual heat transfer pads and paste with Isopropyl alcohol.
4. Clean the contact area of the VRAM and Core on the heat sink of any residual heat transfer paste and heat transfer pads with Isopropyl alcohol.
5. Place the cooling plate on top of the VRAM (dry) and make sure that the cooling plate is not touching any other component except the VRAM module. Inspection can be done optically against a light or by stretching paper.
6. If you have a card that does not have all VRAM modules fitted, e.g. rtx 3080 10GB, stick a 1mm Thermal pad in place of the VRAM module to prevent the cooling plate from bending and touching the contacts.
7. Apply heat transfer paste to the VRAM modules and spread lightly to cover the entire surface of the VRAM module, no need to put a lot of paste.
8. Place a copper plate on top of the memory and apply paste in the area where the VRAMs are located.
9. Apply paste to the graphics card core.
10. Reinstall the heat sink.
