    How we use solar energy: A case study of our company

    At ONSA Plus, we are not only suppliers and installers of photovoltaic systems, but we are also a company that pays great attention to sustainability and an environmentally friendly approach. As we are a renewable energy company, we wanted to set an example in the use of our own solutions. With this case study, we would like to show you how we have implemented a photovoltaic system on our company building and what benefits it brings us.

    Situation and challenge

    Our corporate building in the Slovak Republic has a roof area of 600 m² and consumes approximately 50 MWh of electricity per year. To reduce our energy consumption and at the same time confirm our commitment to sustainability, we decided to install solar panels.

    Planning and technology selection

    After extensive analysis, we decided to install a 36 kWp photovoltaic system. We chose panels from Canadian Solar and an inverter from GoodWe, known for their high efficiency and reliability.

    Installation

    The entire installation process was fast and efficient, thanks to our in-house team of experts. The installation took a total of two weeks and the system was then successfully connected to the network.

    Our annual electricity costs have been reduced by around 50%, allowing us to reinvest in further projects.
